WWB Update 2/7-2/10
Well ladies, it’s been hard fishing the past few days. An unexpected cold snap iced us out of the Salmon River, so we headed for the Snake. A big thank you to the women who rolled with the punches and made the past few days a total blast! During this time, a total of 10 boats went out on the Snake River. It wasn’t easy, but these women were tough. They fished the unknown, braved the weather, conquered the icy roads, and caught a total of 12 fish (8H, 4W). Way to go ladies, we are proud of you!
Thankfully, the weather has warmed up a bit and some experienced boatmen have managed to break enough ice to get us back on the Salmon (Thank you Red Woods, Alan Woods, and Mike S.). If everything goes as planned, the first boats will be back on the Salmon River beginning Feb. 13th.
Thanks again ladies, and BOBBER DOWN!
