Monday was an absolutely beautiful day on the river the sun was shining and dare we say it felt a little warm?! The fish seemed to enjoy it as well. Tracy Coffman’s group enjoyed their day on the river with Mike and Tommy. A few of these gals have been coming for years and then we had some newbies too! The newbie were lucky too. Misty Brinton reeled in nice 30.25″ hatchery. Kelli Puga landed a pretty Wild fish. Kerri Phillips caught herself a 31″ keeper! There was also a few trash fish caught too. Great job ladies!
We had a little break in fishing, so we are jumping into talk about Thursday 3/4 and all the fish we caught! Yay!
Barb Wunische’s group had 6 to the boat! Barb is now a local Riggins gal and brought her friends to see the beauty of the Salmon River! Fishing with Rich and Brian, Jan Engwer and Tomia Browning both caught wild ones. Janine Williams landed a 23″ and a wild fish! Kellie Selleck reeled in a 27′ and a 28.5″ keeper! Great fishing gals!
The Reel Knotty Hookin’ Mammas, Laurell Lawson’s group, fished with Jeff and Colt today. They landed 3 steelehad to the boat and some other non-steelhead and had a fun time!! Heather Neer with 23.5″ keeper, Laura Claffey 27 incher. and Kris Owens with a 28.5 keeper!
